This manager has strong team leadership and project co-ordination skills including project planning and systems implementations. The key characteristics of this manager are as follows: *Working experience in several systems implementation projects in a team leader or project manager role.


Day in the life:
• Discover sessions are currently
• This person needs to put the plan together for the IT folks to be in line for April go live and/or determine if April is a feasible date -
• Traditional PM work - coordination, meetings are scheduled follow-ups are done, breakout sessions are complete
• Manage domains - ingest what is happening in all domains and create a plan that drives the execution to be complete by the target date of April - the next 3 months will determine if April is a feasible go-live date
