Information Technology / Telecommunications Temp Project 14900 Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: This position will allow for working remotely; however, preference will be given to candidates located in Florida. Required: Experience with IT project management, including managing complex cross-functional projects (7+ years); Project Management certification or successful completion of an industry-recognized project management curriculum; Experience with project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches; Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams); Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and IT service management principles; Experience with business analysis, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and workflow documentation; Experience with risk management, including risk registers, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution; Experience with resource planning and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams; Experience with project governance and compliance standards for IT initiatives; Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes for project deliverables. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Ensure project activities comply with applicable state IT governance standards, including documentation, oversight, and reporting requirements; Provide coordination, status reporting, and management of project-oriented work efforts across leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams; Lead and manage multiple medium-to-high complexity IT projects concurrently, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met; Develop and maintain project management artifacts, including charters, schedules, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and status reports; Perform independent oversight of large IT projects, assessing project health, risks, and progress against approved baselines; Coordinate communication among leadership, program areas, vendors, and stakeholders on project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources; Provide written weekly status reports on program performance, efficiency, progress, cost, quality, risks, and mitigation activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
